This policy describes how the App handles data when it is deployed and used within your organization's Microsoft 365 / SharePoint Online environment.
The App runs inside your own Microsoft 365 tenant and works with the contract records, documents and related metadata that your users create and store in SharePoint. To function, it also relies on the signed-in user's Microsoft 365 identity for authentication and authorization, as provided by Microsoft.
By default, all contract data processed by the App is stored in SharePoint lists within your organization's own Microsoft 365 / SharePoint Online tenant. Optionally, at your request, the App can be customized to store data in a SQL database that you designate and control. In all cases, JV Solutions 22 doo does not copy, host or transmit your contract data to any server controlled by us.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use your contract content for advertising or for training any product unrelated to your use of the App.
The App does not collect any telemetry, diagnostic or usage data.
The App is licensed per Microsoft 365 tenant. License validation is performed fully offline; the App does not transmit any tenant identifier, license key or other data to JV Solutions 22 doo for validation.
The App does not rely on any third-party services or sub-processors.
